Wellness Instructors
Meet the power houses Leading workshops
With a focus on addressing challenges related to dating, mating, and workplace dynamics, I specialize in helping Black individuals and other people of color navigate the complexities of relationships. Recognizing the profound impact relationships have on overall well-being, I draw on my expertise to understand past experiences and interpersonal patterns that may hinder personal growth. Through fostering deeper understanding and compassion, my aim is to empower partners to develop effective strategies for communication, conflict management, and personal development. My ultimate goal is to guide individuals in overcoming insecurities, enhancing self-worth, and harnessing the transformative power of sexual energy for holistic personal evolution in work, relationships, and life.

Certified personal trainer and bodybuilder, specializing in pole dance and strength training. Outside of fitness, I'm a passionate youth advocate, running a mentor program for kids formerly incarcerated or in foster care. This involves court appearances, mental health support, and collaboration with probation or social services for a successful transition. Excitingly, my latest venture involves creating a Black-owned, Queer-Trans-operated performance company, aiming to provide spaces for primarily BIPOC Drag, Pole dance, Burlesque, and more a space to reclaim stages historically dominated by white bodies.
Allyssa Shareef
Educator/Artist
An educator dedicated to working with children on the Autism spectrum for over a decade. In 2020, amidst the pandemic, I founded Rainbow Bath Essentials, a business born from a desire to celebrate Pride while staying safe at home. What began as a way to honor Pride blossomed into a creative outlet, allowing me to express my passion for crafting high-quality bath products. Through Rainbow Bath Essentials, I've found a unique platform to foster community connections, spread joy, and continue advocating for inclusivity and acceptance.
